  2. Extract the ZIP file and find the XML template 
  3. Sign in to your Blogger Account and choose your blog.
  4. Now navigate to Blogger Dashboard > Template.
  5. Backup your Blogger Template.
  6. In the templates page click on the Backup/Restore button. Clicking the button will show you a menu.
  7. Just choose your new goodnews template and click on upload button.

This is very simple step. Just follow these steps and customize your Blogger template.
  • Open your Blogger Dashboard.
  • Go to Template > Edit HTML.
Customize the Top Menu

Search for the following code and follow that says.
