Safe Mode in Windows 10 allows you to boot into your OS with minimal system files. Mostly we use Safe Mode when there are some errors in our system. Almost all of the Windows users might have faced some sort of issues with their system, sometimes the problems are due to faulty programs. If it's indeed due to the problem in 3rd party programs which you've installed in your PC then it'll not cause any problem or error when you'll boot your PC in Safe Mode - since it'll only load necessary system files needed to launch Windows.
